Maintenance of
Traffic
Throughout construction, two-way traffic will be
maintained along 11th Street. For
intersection reconstruction at 11th
St. and L, M, N, and O Streets, one-half of the
intersection will be constructed at a time.
Traffic will be temporarily detoured through the
adjacent intersection. There will be temporary
signals and signs to redirect traffic as the
intersections are constructed.
